The structure to be protected is an existing oil vessel, to be converted in FPSO. Produced in Singapore, then moved to Guyana for operations.

Cescor selected, in constant contact and agreement with the client, the adequate material for anodes and the location on the structure. Calculations were provided for the calculation of anodes. FEM simulations were also performed in order to evaluate the distribution of cathodic protection conditions on the structure.
